Level One
What does "Level One" mean?
Level One is for people who may have some uncertainty about how their level of stress, anxiety, or worry impacts their lives. Maybe you have some understanding of things that affect your stress level, but you haven't yet figured out for yourself all of the ways in which stress affects you. It's possible you may even wonder if you can change your stress level.
Level One is specifically designed for people in the beginning of their journey towards having more balanced, healthier lives.
If you want to follow our program, go through each "module" in the order they are listed below for maximum clarity and understanding. We've also designed each module to be self-contained, so if you want to jump around, that's okay, too!
