What can I do differently in the future?

Whether it's the middle of the semester, or the middle of the night, sometimes we find ourselves overwhelmed with stress and we realize we don't have enough time to do what we have to do. Very often it's too late to drop out of what we're doing, so we just have to muddle through and promise ourselves we won't let this happen again. Stress Recess is all about helping you make specific changes in your life so that you can avoid those situations in which poor planning or poor self-care contribute to your level of stress.
