Mindfulness Meditation Group: Mental Health Support Through Mindfulness in Community

This drop-in mindfulness group begins with gentle guided meditation, may include a period of silent meditation, and ends with discussion to process the experience and offer support. The drop-in format of the group is a great way to access mental healthcare without having to make a weekly commitment.

The group is open to students with any level of meditation experience.

Registration - Not necessary. Participants are not required to participate each week and can drop in for one, some or all group sessions. Click below to receive weekly reminder emails about the group.
