Mindfulness Meditation Group

Tuesdays, 11:45 a.m. to 12:20 p.m. CST

This drop-in mindfulness group begins with gentle guided meditation, may include a period of silent meditation, and ends with discussion to process the experience and offer support.

The group is open to students, faculty and staff with any level of meditation experience. Participants can arrive late or leave early as needed.

Please note, this is not a traditional therapy group, and you do not need to be a CMHC client to enroll.

Registration - Not necessary. Participants are not required to participate each week and can drop in for one, some or all group sessions. Click below to receive weekly reminder emails about the group.
