I NEED TO TALK TO SOMEONE NOW COMMON STUDENT CONCERNS WHEN A FRIEND IS IN DISTRESS BE THAT ONE GROUPS AND CLASSES

Together > Alone

College is a stressful time and yet students don't have to deal with stress alone. Thousands of UT students seek support through the Counseling and Mental Health Center (CMHC) every year, but day-to-day struggles occur even after students leave our doors and for those who never seek support here. Because of this, we are calling on students, faculty and staff to work together towards achieving student success.

Together > Alone is a call to action for the UT community to:

  • reach out for help when necessary
  • provide support to each other
  • get connected to another person who can help
