Do you obsess about food or worry about your weight so much that it distracts you from your studies and interferes with social events? You may be struggling with disordered eating or an eating disorder and it may be hurting your health and your happiness. This group can help. You will learn how to understand your behaviors; discover new things about yourself; learn how to manage your thoughts, feelings, and behaviors more effectively; and you will get to know other people who are working on similar goals. This group is meant to be creative and challenging. There will be a weekly topic and plenty of time for group sharing.
In most Cases, before joining a group or class, students meet with the group leaders to determine if a particular group or class is a good fit for them. To set up a pre-group interview, please call 512-471-3515.
